Royal Albert Hall

The Royal Albert Hall is one of the UK’s most treasured and distinctive buildings, opened by Queen Victoria in 1871 and dedicated to her husband, which has become best known for holding the annual summer Proms concerts since 1941. Situated in the Kensington area near Knightsbridge, more than 350 performances are held at this hall each year, including classical concerts, rock and pop, ballet and opera, tennis, award ceremonies, school and community events, charity performances and lavish banquets.

It takes about 25 minutes by foot from the Ventures Hotel to the Royal Albert Hall.
